Kunihiko Kimishima
- A dweller of the undeveloped Lost Ground area, he is best friends with Kazuma and Kanami. He is smart and resourceful and finds Kazuma odd jobs. Although they bicker all the time, they respect one another, and the three of them are practically family.
Martin Zigmarl
- He is the Commander of HOLY and the oldest of the Alter Users, but his past and the nature of his Alter are classified information. He is respected by his subordinates and appears to have complete trust in Eelian whose skills help him to complete a project only he knows about...
Mimori Kiryu
- Mimori is the daughter of a rich businessman and a brilliant scientist in her own right that joins HOLY just to meet Ryuho, a friend from her childhood, again. She quickly realizes he is no longer the boy she once new and that HOLY’s methods go against her beliefs. She’s a courageous young girl – who is always willing to help anyone that needs it.
Ryuho
- As well as being the heir to an influencial family, Ryuho is one of the strongest members of the special HOLY unit. Cold and relentless with his enemies, he often doesn’t pay attention to the people close to him especially to one or two people who have strong feelings for him. He is obsessed about finding a particular Alter, which explains why he is so relentless in his persuit of native Alters.
Scheris Adjani
- Scheris is always standing next to Ryûhô with whom she is in love. She is a member of HOLY, but her Alter is very mysterious... The arrival of Mimori to HOLY does not help her conquer Ryûhô's heart – indeed, he does not seem to have the same feelings for her. However, she is devoted to him, almost more than to HOLY...
Straight Cougar
- Certainly the fastest man in the world, his Radical Good Speed has the ability to make any vehicle (as well as his own body) extremely fast. He is a cultivated man who is always in good spirits, but he is unable to remember the names of the people he meets, not even that of Mimori whom he is courting! It seems that he knew Kazuma in the past...
